1st Grilled Shrimp & Kabobs

Grilled on alder wood on small charcoal grill for 30 mins

1lb of White Med Shrimp. Leave the shells on.

When making the run below, make sue and put it in a bowl in order mix the shrimp around by hand to make sure the rub gets into the shrimp.

Make sure and wash your hands good. Hot items.

In you use bamboo kabobs, make sure and soak them in warm salty water for 30 mins.
